The meeting was held on April 9 and 10, 2024 in the city of Tegucigalpa.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">The objective of the meeting was to present the results of the project and the prospects for scaling up. The meeting was attended by officials from the Honduran Ministry of Education, representatives of rural communities, non-governmental organizations and other educational stakeholders. <\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">The <a href=\"https:\/\/fundacionceibal.edu.uy\/proyectos\/investigacion-de-aprendizaje-a-distancia-y-combinado-para-comunidades-rurales\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/fundacionceibal.edu.uy\/proyectos\/investigacion-de-aprendizaje-a-distancia-y-combinado-para-comunidades-rurales\/&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1712660192796000&amp;usg=AOvVaw0-fAK9L7JArGTlIz9vIliL\">&#8220;Rural and Inclusive Digital Education<\/a>&#8221; project aims to strengthen equity and inclusion in education in rural communities in Honduras through the effective use of digital technologies and their adaptations for face-to-face, hybrid and distance learning. The institutions where the project was carried out were the schools of Olancho, Paraiso and Intibuca. This work is funded by Canada&#8217;s International Development Research Centre (IDRC) and the Global Partnership for Education (GPE). We will think of strategies for the sustainable scaling up of this project in Honduras&#8221;.
